Because we believe thoughtful design should be a joy - not a hassle.
We hope you love your Peony purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.
Our Returns Promise
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. We want you to feel confident shopping with us, whether it's a characterful Kilim or a hand-woven Jute rug.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Rugs must not show signs of wear, have been laid down in high-traffic areas, or be exposed to pets or odours.
You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Please note:
Bespoke, custom-sized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Sale items may be exchanged but are not eligible for a refund unless faulty.
Sourced-to-sell antiques (including unique vintage pieces, one-off decorative objects, and furniture sourced on request) are non-refundable due to their bespoke and irreplaceable nature.

How to Return
Notify Us
Email info@peonydesigns.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We'll respond within 1–2 working days with next steps.
1. Package Your Item
Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Please include your order number inside the parcel.
2. Send It Back
Returns must be sent to:

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Costs
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
We can assist in arranging a courier return for rugs over 1.5m — the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.

Faulty or Damaged Items
We quality-check every item, but if something isn’t quite right:
Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Send photos of the issue to info@peonydesigns.co.uk so we can resolve it swiftly.
